The coolant sensor has been coming on, coolant level was fine, white smoke/steam started coming out after being driven for a little while. Sensor part replaced, radiator flushed and coolant replaced, sensor still lighting up on computer. Engine temp 90C and coolant 121C.

I recently took my explorer (2001 xlt, 4door) in for a smog test and I failed the test.
